Paul Brindley graduated in 1965 from the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB), Galveston. His internship in surgery and his residency in ear, nose and throat medicine were all completed at UTMB, where he currently serves as a Clinical Associate Professor, Department of Otolaryngology. Following the completion of his medical education, Dr. Brindley entered the U.S. Marine Corps, where he attained the rank of Major, and served as Chief of ENT Services, at William Beaumont General Hospital, El Paso, Texas.

Dr. Brindley is Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, and is a member of numerous professional organizations. He specializes in nasal and sinus surgery, snoring and sleep apnea surgery and treatment.
